Congratulations to Earth who have won the attendance trophy this term!
We had a fantastic day. We danced our socks off during our Christmas party, found a magical glitter path leading to a pile of presents! After lunch we had a fun filled afternoon with hot chocolate, marshmallows and squirty cream!
Reception and KS 1 have a wonderful visit to St Mary's Church to learn about christingles with Farther Barry.
Last week we had a lovely time visiting Wharton Park. We took part in a reindeer hunt around the park, Christmas workshop and explored toys from a long time ago. After lunch we explored the park and made a giant reindeer out of natural materials. Oh! Let's not forgot...
During P.E. we have been exploring making different shapes with our bodies using large apparatus.
Earth and Mars had a Fantastic visit from Warburtons. We learnt all about healthy eating, food waste and food preparation. Our favourite part was making our very own healthy sandwich to eat! 🥒🥪
On Monday Earth and Mars continued on their secret mission. We began to make our masks using natural materials found in the woods! [gallery type="slideshow" columns="1" size="large"...
Earth and Mars received a mysterious letter. We were asked to help make a new mask for a special hero who can control plants. The children worked in the woods to design masks using only natural materials.
Earth have had lots of fun settling into Washingwell Primary school.
